Hi, I'm Ju.
I've spent over 15 years helping women build strength, improve posture, and move without pain through the principles and fundamentals of Pilates.
After years of in-person teaching, I created this online coaching programme so I could work with women everywhere - not just those who can get to a studio.
My method is simple, structured programming, proper form and real accountability. No fluff. No fads. Just Pilates that works.
